572ci twin turbo dyno pull....
i know it's not LS1 but i thought you might be interested....
just one of the dyno pulls we made that day, bearing in mind that it could only be recorded at 6200 because the dyno was being overloaded.
Video is courtesy of Steve Sczepanski of Mechanical Power Systems in Toronto,Canada www.mpsys.ca The guy wired the car and wired the electrics and tuned the motor on the dyno...he's seriously talented...btw,that's me at the back working the dyno boost valve and looking pensive....

Only a canadian would be standing there during a pull. I get scared when I run back behind there to adjust the valve or turn on the boost valve with the engine idling. That canadian mist is good stuff huh? The best part of that video is the look on your face when the flame shot out from decel.

it made 1600hp at that point which was about 1000rpm past it's peak. It was realy choking itself at that point which led us to get a Jay Allen cam and for Holset to send us bigger ex housings. estimations are 1900 to 2000 hp at 5000rpm.As i said the 2000hp dyno couldn't actually hold it at anything under 6200rpm......

2000hp at 5000rpm on 93 octane - if that is not a record - it'd be close to one.
I'd love to see pictures of the beast and turbo system and specs. You do not make that power by just throwing something together - well done!
