Default CAS dyno numbers inside

first let me say the car is not done yet. the motor was never cooled down & heat soaked and still could have taken more timing but we got 535/591. this was with 11-12psi, 24* timing, a/f around 11.5:1 through the full exhaust & straight 94 octane. for 11-12psi, i think it is right were it should be. now remember im running 8.5:1 and a 100% stock top end. i plan on seeing 15+ psi and 600rwhp. we could not get the boost past 12psi. so im going to install 10psi springs in the wastegates and open the cutouts and hopefully by doing this, ill get my 15psi, maybe more, and ill see 600+. i left the car at GMR and i should have some better #'s in a week or 2.

oh and my nightmare came true. i had to change the plugs at GMR. ill just say the guys at GMR made changing that back passenger plug look easy. i was more impressed with that, than my numbers . if you can change that back plug with the CAS, you can acomplish anything in my eyes.

I didn't realize that you've just posted and I sent you pm before i saw this. Anyhow...,those are really awsome #'s considering you're running stock heads/cam w/ 8.5:1cr. Looks very promising with more boost. Looks like that 600 is in the bag
Your initial results gives me something good to look forward to.

thanks. i figured im making 285rwhp on motor alone. so as of now im making 250 more rwhp with 11-12 psi. that gain equate's to 20.8rwhp/1psi. and where its at now, and if i gave the motor a chance to cool down, im certain i would have seen 545 on the psi im set at. all i need is 3-4 psi and ill have my 600rwhp ( hopefully). NOYZEE said he gained 2-3psi just by opening the cutouts. we'll see.

yes a elcheapo $75 dollar hallman. it is a suspect in the "hunt for missing boost" im going to try the 10psi wastegate springs first & open the cutouts. my CAS has 5psi springs it now.

Well, I hope my elcheapo $65.99 (0-25psi)turbonetics manual boost controller would do it's job, my wastegate's springs are suppose to be for 12#'s. So, what exactly plugs are you running and why did you guys end up changing them?

ask away. im using the stock MAF.

i thought i was buying 60lb injectors from a guy from this site and he lied to me and said the were 60lbs and i found out they were 83lb'ers. so when i installed them they pretty much instantly fouled the plugs.
