Default Thanks Everyone

fash00, I'm shifting it at 7,000 and it runs out the back at 7,400+ Still hydro cam. Both the turbos spool up on the line about the same. The 91 comes in a little slower. Which has been a good thing on the radials.

F8LWS6, I'm running a BMR k-member with a poly mount on the driver side and I custom made a solid on the passenger.

Onfire, Moroso DS-2 is right. Straight as an arrow at the track.

PSJ, I ran a big K+N filter on the 88. None on the 91. The Tilton has been working perfectly.

SPANKYLS1, Thanks for posting the spy photos.

How's that work with the 1 solid and 1 poly motor mount? I've always wondered about doing that with my BMR K-member for a little added rigidity.

Mike: So you run a poly on the driver's side. So does your motor torque up a little? If so, do you have the body/ frame clearanced on that side to allow for that? And/ or did you have to clearance that side in general just to fit the turbo and the filter? Where your 88mm passes with the filter on? Any recollection on the dimensions, ie. 5" x 10' or 14" long?

Thank!

Very nice setup, I like that A2W intercooler too. Where do you have the cooling water tank located, in the trunk?

Did you have to modify/relocate the pass side engine mount on that k-member to clear the downpipe?

water tank is in the trunk, to the side i believe
yes he said he made his own custom solid motor mount to get the 5" downpipe through there.

Yes, "impressive" is the word to describe that set-up, especially when you're looking at it person. Clean and very well laid-out. Just imagine what their (OhioBoys) race car replacement (camaro) would look like when it's finished.

First. I wasn't thinking the other night. It is a Pro-Fab K-member. Everything else is BMR.

Motor does still move a little. The way the solid mount is designed allows it. I did have the bottom pinch weld area notched so the filter would slide on the turbo and allow movement. With the 91 I had to do a bit more notching. I still have the filter and cam get meas. if you want.

The water tank is in the left rear corner. Battery and overflow is in the spare tire area. Still have room to put the T-tops back there when cruisin.

The cam. Well I'd have to kill ya.

You guys think it looks good now. Wait till I post the pics after the new motor goes in.

PSJ, I ran a big K+N filter on the 88. None on the 91. The Tilton has been working perfectly.

hey man im getting ready to finish up my new set up and my turbo hangs just a lil to low for gravity feed...

im gonna have to use a pump to get it back up into the pan..

my question to you is when i mount the oil pump like say where your is in the pics...do you have it going from the pump then directly into the pan

or into a oil holding unit then it gravity feeds down into the pan??

tahnks
