Alky pump is on all the time ?????

Alky pump is on all the time ????? I have been working on the car for a few months now ...hooked up power to night and turned Key on and the pump is on all the time ? the switch is doing nothing....
this is ALKyC kit (julio)
when i put the white pump wire to power (with out ground) it comes on ?
the switch will do nothing ? (on/off) when i have power and ground hooked up
as fare tell everything id hook up right, but i am sure i am missing something here...
at the pump i have the ground wire to the frame the white wire is at 12v key on, then the ground to body...
i have the red and black wire hooked up to the same 12v key on power..
if you have any ideas...
