I hope to have it completed within the next few weeks. Yes, we are going to fabricate it in a manner to fit any 70 series turbo and quite possibly an 80 series turbo.

Okay. It still retains the AC and that is the concern for most of these guys.

John, you've got yourself a line of buyers if it keeps P/S and A/C, while allowing it to fit those size turbos.

does this require relocation/deletion of anything like alternator/AC. Also will this kit work on a tahoe?

When the outside humidity is rated AT 100 % on a 90 degree day (as will be soon), your *** begins to dry sweat off of your pants and leather seat without AC.

Also, when it begins raining EVERY DAY STRAIGHT during hurricane season for 6-7 months (as will be soon), We can't exactly roll down our windows and then the interior starts fogging up and you can't see nor use the defroster (ala no AC).

Welcome to our tourist paradise.

I never use my AC too cool down or to be comfortable... I use it for these reasons, though, and I definitely need it.

No, you don't have to relocate anything. Yes, it is designed for the 1500/2500 truck series so I'm 99% sure it will work on a Tahoe. My folks have one and it is the same setup in the engine bay.

Move outta Florida then..
I kick on the heater just for ***** and giggles in the summer time

I've lived without a/c here in the desert southwest for too long...hot is hot is hot When I bought my 'bird, I rarely used the A/C so it wasn't long before if was on the list of unneeded items to remove. But leather...no 'tanks...had em will never have them again out here. Cloth buckets for all my vehicles

But each has his own threshholds...I can't stand the cold...if it isn't 80 degrees or hotter I'm freezin my *** off. I posted that lil tidbit in my previous post with a bunch o' scarcasm included so don't take it too seriously.

Sorry NOSjohn, back on track...POST PICS!!!! or PM me some of the self destructing ones

Sorry, I won't release pictures of the kits unfinished. If you're a buyer or a mod, I will send them on a limited basis. I also have pics of previous kits done for other vehicles. If you'd like to see those, send me an e-mail please: sales@turbo-zone.com

It's personal preference, I would rather have pics of finished kits looking nice versus pics of mock-ups, partially uncoated pieces. It would be like having pics of your naked wife/gf on the 'net vs. having her nicely clothed.

Wait... I'm not quite getting it. Is the clothed wife/gf a metaphor for the finished mock-up? 'cause I'd rather to see mine naked!

Hahaaa....well, naked girls are good in my book. CAT3 - thanks, I just don't want peeps to get their hopes up with the mock-ups and jigs. This way the jigs are done and I can spin out as many kits as needed.

MonsterZ28 - power levels depend on each individuals motor size, turbo size and other crucial components. With a small turbo or turbos 500rwhp is easy...with a big daddy turbo or turbos, 1200rwhp + is possible. Take your pick.

Oh hell no... if you cant make a turbo kit that'll make 637.6rwhp then no game, nope, cant do it, not prudent.. Oh hell, ok you got me I'm playin John..more fabrication time, less **** time ok?

I know I'm jumping the gun here.. But what turbos would you recommend for 750rwhp on pump93 with a built 346 and supporting mods (cam, heads, engine)

so what makes this kit better than the GMR kit? so for stage 3 its around 4k for twins, but you also need to buy the intercooler, turbos and wastegate. seems the gmr kit might be cheaper?
