Default Braided lines for BOV/wastegate vaccum circuit

Right now I have all parts store brass fittings and cheap silicone hose for the intake to BOV, MAP, and wastegate vaccum circuit. It's going to cost a few hundred $$ and an afternoon to make all that in -3, is there any reason I should convert it other than aesthetics? Any other alternatives?

i used russell pushlock hoses. You can still use barb fittings, but theyre on there big time, its hard to pull them off.
