IMO, you need a fmic with the meth. Your 60's may not be enough.

Wow, 18# in a 408 is a lot of turbo, I don't think that t70 would be efficient at that high in that large of displacement, to be honest. I thought I would be pushing it at 15# on a 347 or 383. For that high of boost, You'll def need bigger than 60# injectors, and get a large intercooler like TRT recommended, better safe than sorry. You should be able to run at least 16* timing with a good FMIC and meth.

I think you are going to need more injector, more pump, and an intercooler.

That is if you really want to take advantage of your setup. And I would shoot for a HP goal... not a psi goal!

I was kind of wondering about the T-70 also but that is what TRT recomended for my setup for street use.If I can make 550 to 600 hp I would be happy with that for what I use the car for.

Dude, 550-600 rwhp on a 408 is probably one of the easiest things ever... You sure as hell don't need 18# with the 408 to get there, I guarantee you that. Run the T70 at even 10# and i bet you'll reach your goal.

I agree 18 psi is not needed for 500-600+. I have a 422 with a sts and 76 turbo Hell Im shooting for 600+ Should be easy. I dont want a peak power band and a ton of boost. Billy got me rethinking my injectors I to have 60# Hummmmm?

The efficency of your 70 canot hang with that 408.... and you are starving her for fuel. Your setup is the same as I was considering... went with a 370 instead... I will still be pushing a larger turbo. I would reccomend 75-83 lb injectors for a FI 408 with meth in a STS setup.

For a 408 to get to that power level, a t-70 will work fine and the 60's should be enough too. Getting to 550-600 is not a problem. Running 18psi is way more than you need to get to that hp level.

LOL Sorry I missed that.... if you are shooting for 550-600 only then it will work fine.. hell prob at 5lbs of boost with a good 408. Billy gave you exactly what you asked for in that setup it sounds like... you will make that HP all day on pump gas and low PSI.

Hell have fun and up the PSI to 8-9lbs... add a FMIC... you will love your on tap 650+. Billy builds good setups... IMHO

Good luck with your build jared!! So you guys think a 422 with 60# will work at 10-15 psi or do I need some bigger ones. I have been told the 60# hold up to 700+ hp If not then where do I get 75# ??????
