New updates with the setup... Well, after having multiple overheating issues I sent the car back to futral.
Not exactly sure what the issue was, however he swapped out the water pump for an evans pump, bigger single fan and tore down the motor just to check and make sure everything was all good.
He said mechanically everything was fine and looked to be in prestine condition.
He did take out the condensor, but I can have a small one fabbed up and put in later.
He redynoed at 13.5 lbs of boost, numbers were 833/828 on pump gas with a conservative tune.
The car should be ready to be sent back by the end of next week, so Im looking forward to that.
Oh, and I had him dump my wastegates
Time to whoop on some liter bikes (ok, maybe not on pump gas, lol, but I'll try)
I cant wait to get it back and get on it again.

I just wish it would have been figured out before it was originally sent out here, but what can you do.
If I remember correctly, he said that the afr heads were heat soaked due to the amount of heat the turbo produced, so it would just have boiling coolant flowing through the heads so it would never have a chance to cool off.
I think he mentioned coolant having a boiling point of 220 or 230 degrees.
With the evans water pump and coolant it boils around 380 degrees.
he said he was letting it idle forever and never got over 208*
Wastegates werent dumped before, they were ran into the exhuast.
He said it soundsl ike a freight train now

Unless I decide to have one fabbed up, but I'll just keep it out for now since I have another car to use as a DD.
Evans has thier own coolant that u have to use to use thier pumps. Thats awesome that it all is workin out for ya. I gots any pics of how ur accessories are routed now? Im lookin into keepin PS and obviously a altenator and i have no clue how these things get routed with no pump in the center. GL man

1. redyno here ( just to see how the numbers are affected from LA vs. AZ)
2. re-race that gixxer
3. find some 2jz's to play with.
