Is anybody else confused as to why there would even be procharger flyers in with the kit?

Hope you get your parts soon. At this point I feel fairly good that I did not buy this kit (or should I say order it) last year.

I have been calling for weeks now, no one has picked up or called me back. This has got to be the worst business experience I have ever had, completly the opposite of what was promiseed to me by Bill before I gave him my credit card number. The fact is that I have not driven my car for almost a year, at the same time i have been hearing "two more weeks" for about 6months now. Bill you have told me that you have sent me parts at least for about 2months, you are full of ****!!! Me and about 19 more of us gave our hard earned money to Hi-Flo for what? You have done nothing but lie, stall and put us all together for eight months now!!!!!!!!Now you guys wont return a call or even pick up the F****** phone! The bottom line here is that you have thousands of our dollars and you show us no consideration or respect thru your lack of good service that was promised and guarranteed. Iam sorry to all the members that I had to come in here to bitch about this but short of calling my credit company or the better business bureau Iam out of options. Bill I need to know when to expect my parts from you with out any bullshit.

I even have a hard time getting ahold of people at the shop...

I usually have to call Bill on his cell...

I guess that would be the best bet..

call Bill or MArko on their cells

The reason some of you arent getting through might be that they are too busy on the phone with everyone that got through, lol!

If everyone keeps calling all day every day they'll never get done.... 1 minute on the phone can be 10 minutes downtime.

They started taking orders on October 3, 2005.

"As many of you have heard from myself or Marko over the phone we have been constantly elongating and postponing the release date due to our scrupulous quality control and perfectionalistic decision making processes. "

"For the first production run we're looking at about 60 days to deliver. After the new year we will hopefully be able to stock about 20-30 kits at all time."

Bottom line is we all watching a select few people being drowned by one of the biggest failures of any sponsers I have seen on this site in four or five years. The grand promises are now nothing more than wishful thinking.
I think its high time that the judges here lay down a hard line and stick to it. Friendships and like-ability aside, this business practice is bottom of the barrell. From the fake pictures (remember the ford manifolds) to the false promises (dates and shipping practices.. and lets not forget the "Hi-Flo Turbo Systems to Donate 2 Sets of hot side components of upcoming kit" One set is going to be donated to Arkangel77 who lost his house and car to the recent natural disaster...One is going to be auctioned off and 100% of the proceeds are going to be forwarded towards rescue/relief efforts for the victims of hurricane Katrina. These will be the first two kits in our production run.) to the outright lies to their customers and potential buyers...and even to myself and Tre, who sent them a twin turbo kit to evaluate and study, I find it hard to beleive Marko and Bill have a business that can stand here any longer. No business can be built on a foundation of excuses.
From banning critics like SilverSurfer, to warning me, to makeing shop visits, the mods here have been involved, but I think its time to take a stand and demad REAL, TRUE proof and action.

I'll say it once, but this has all the markings of AP Engineering, Jay @ Absolute, Joe Prince, Q M P , Tony from Charged Air Systems, and our very own Derek from TCS. I wont mention the likes a one Dave Inall.

I'll make an offer here... if all 20 kits are delivered within 45 days, I will donate $100 to the charity of PSJ's choice. Okay..15 kits.
Now, make me lose $100.

Okay, I'm going to comment on this.....

I only check on this forum every once and a while just to see what's going on in the FI universe, and it seems like every 6 months someone new pops up with the latest and greatest Turbo charger kit that will revolutionize the 4th gen f-body crowd, and no one on this site has learned anything over the past 6-7 years.

So to help, here are some simple rules to follow:

If someone says they have a "lead time of xxx days"... run away. That translates into "we will take your money to help front our business so we can buy supplies since we don't have any capital to keep inventory." If they don't have it in stock, ready to ship, expect months and months of waiting since now they are simply a middle man aquiring parts from other suppliers, all the while sitting on your money.

If they state that the kit will be "affordable" or easy to intstall, run away. If you hadn't noticed, our car's engine bay is tight as hell to begin with. Thank GM if you want to, but trying to reroute all of the exhaust, and adding a turbo charger + intercooler + piping isn't going to be cheap or easy. Again, run away.

I hate seeing guys get ripped off time and time again in hopes of making more power. Then the sponsor/supplier starts making the parts cheaper in hopes of turning a profit after they realize that it costs more money than they originally expected, so once again we suffer.

If it were me, and I really wanted to go turbo charged, I would plunk down the coin only after they could show me everything. No security deposits, no upfront payments, just "here's my cash, where's my merchandise." If they don't have inventory, it means they are scraping by and have not been in business long enough to be setup properly.

I wish everyone the best of luck with this and hope everyone gets what they paid for and are making huge power at the end of the day.

Good luck guys.

i know enough about the shop to sincerely tell you this is NOT the issue. do you guys not remember "when we GOT the downpipes they didnt fit" etc. It sounds like its not even being done in house. also i know marko isnt fabricating. sorry marko, hahaha but we all know you arent the fabricator mr gucci bill can fabricate but i highly doubt hes doing it and he cant get done because he keeps taking phone calls.

INFACT one time i was at markos shop makin a deal with one of his mechanics to buy a trans of mine, and he asked me on 2 different occasions not to call his guy durring the day and to call him when he was outta work etc. so im sure thats not the issue. i dont think theres a 6 month delay due to phones. for what thats worth marko does know how to keep his guys on task and their nose to the grindstone so to speak.

My favorite part is how they make knock off of others kits. The kit has been designed, what can't hiflo copy in a resonable manner Who's kit was sent to them to study???

I know on the Corvette forum, the stole HP Perfomances kit and tried to say they never saw it. it has yet to deliver also.

Way to Go HiFlo
