Track Time with my sts it was my first time at the track w/o my drag radials and with the turbo so take it easy on me.
i ran a best of 12.8@116
and a best speed of 12.9@118
i know those trap speeds are great because they are like mid 11 traps...

Mitch, depends on how much you want to do.
12bolt, 2-step, slicks or DR's and your 60 ft will be dramatically better and you will be in boost faster. If nothing else, DR's, but it will be hard on the 10 bolt.

DR's will help drastically. i saw a .2 drop at teh 60' line and .4-.5 off mt ET...but i still have a low 11second mph, so i still cant drive. nothing a lil seat time and a rear cant fix though.

yea billy i know, i was thinking about doing DR's but i dont have the money right now for a 12 bolt/9" so i will stick with my slow *** et...but o well
i am running 7psi btw...with plans for 9 once i get my new wg spring

Verdad Gallardo meah.........its so so...get there at 6:45 and be ready to run at 7...you get a lot more runs in that way.
they dont really prep to well and at least 1 thing will break,burn,blow on the track each night making the staging lanes even more packed.
but other than that its 15$ and i got about 7 runs in..........there have been nights where i have gotten 1 run tho.....
going on the 6th if you want to meet me out there

What's the schedule like at the track? When do you usually go? 
I'd get Mickey Thompson Drags on a 16" rim out back better yet 15" with a nice tall sidewall (They hook good). Get LCA's and Relocations. A 1.8 60ft would have you in the 11's, seat time will also help. How much power does the car make? Weight?
