I would definitely run 11-11.5 a/fs. 12.5 puts you right at the edge and the power difference is not worth it.

What kind of ECU are you running? We have individual cylinder fuel control on the cars we tune with AEM so by monitoring EGTs we can adjust accordingly.

How are you monitoring knock noise? Timing, heat range of the spark plug and octane??

i've read that depending on your fuel setup, you could be seeing less psi at the back of the fuel rails, and therefore would be running leaner.

It is your afr plain and simple. Even a short spike to 12.5:1 can break something at 12 psi. You have to tune yourself, you cannot do a mail order tune and have it correct with a turbo car.

and I'm also curious to know what kind of WOT timing there was in this tune?

I am at 18 degrees timing with 11.3:1 AFR @ 16 psi. I keep the 18 through the entire boost range although I could raise it at lower points for more power. 11.3:1 AFR is very solid on a pumpgas tune.
