as it turns out...taylor is the only company that makes the correct boot/end for lt1/ls1 coils. i made these wires from MSD. (you will get the correct wires from hi-flo with your kits, im just doing part of this on my own to get the car running) so i have those ordered to arrive tomaro...and ill swap those ends on these wires. i knew these didnt feel right, didnt click on like the stockers... so it looks like i wont have it running until tomoro...which kinda relieves me cuz i want to make sure this is done right.... ill still try to start it up tonight, but i dont think these wires will arc well, so i doubt it will run.

no, thats the one aluminum pipe the kit, the one between the turbo and intercooler. it is left bare aluminum as we want that pipe to NOT hold in heat and dissapate it.

What is wrong with you Bill? why the hell I have not been called, pm'd, nothing. This is the kind of **** customer service we can expect from HIFLO? In the last 2 weeks you told me 4 false delivery dates. WHY? It is now 2:45 friday western time and Iam completly left in the dark with my money or parts, congratulations Bill you bought yourself another weekend cause my **** aint going today or tomorrow we know that. I had enough of the lying, less than poor customer and what it really comes down to is lack of respect so today I called MBNA.

p.s turbols1, Iamvery sorry to jack the your thread but these bastards dont answer their phone or messages, I know they are checking here.

rain, and waterpump issues. i will have it set to tune first thing in the morning. i plan on running on the wastegate for a while (.9 bar). my buddy has a profec b (the old style, that works)....might use that, might buy a turbosmart....just something cheap for now..... .9 bar for low boost on my motor should suffice tho

i just want to get the car on the road for now...after shakedown ill worry bout the gadgets

if the airdamn is underneath it then up... and maybe the air through the bumper is for the radiator or somethin

had the car running, just at idle. started right up, open downpipe. sounds sick, could hear the spool with light revs, and u can really hear the cam with the open DP. i may go for a while w/o the exhaust cuz its not too loud, at least not with the crew i cruise with.

have a little niagara falls waterpump issue due to my over-the-weekend, no available alum tig-welders, hack job. my buddy JB came over to weld some fittings, turned out he didnt do a good job. so im gona finish up all the loose ends tonight, have fittings tig'd to the WP tomoro, then i shouldbe good to go.

everything with the kit seems to be pretty solid tho

lol, my cameraman wasnt present, however, that was the practice first startup.... ....
i should have lots of vid of the next startup and lots of tuned vid.....dont u worry

i have a checklist of like 12 things i gota do tonight....luckily i got off of work tomaro....so i can take care of the waterpump then, and clean up the car cuz its a ****** mess...and my buddy/tuner gets home from work about ~6 (Firehawk853 from J and J Speedshop).... since the car already was running on 2bar NA, we can build off of that, and it shouldnt take long to get a decent tune on it. the car actually started up smoother and cleaner than it did NA. i should be goin WOT tomaro night....
