Yep, Rossler PG, with a chance converter.

We were leaving off the brake, but the track wasn't prepped very well at all.

That 9.26 pass was only a 1.45 60'

It's got more left in it, how much depends on how hard kyle wants to lean on it.

I have to second what Tom said... A LOT of parties were involved with this build and it is definitely something to be proud of.

Kyle... it's a dream come true bro, I only wish I could be there with you when it comes off the trailer.

I tried calling but got his voicemail... I know he's probably stuck at work today. He doesn't have a cushy office job anymore so he can't play online as much. LOL

We determined that the turbo was SOOOO Far outside the efficiency band, there was no way the car was ever going to run anything respectable, nor be efficient for everyday driving like kyle wants. Bottom line, the turbo was just too small for the RPM we are spinning the car at, and the power kyle wanted to make. so..... we happen to have a S-88 laying around the shop to make some test runs in the car with. Much happier turbo for the car. the 10.00 pass was at 12lbs and inlet temps that were 50 degrees cooler at that boost level compared to the 76. When we turned it up to 20lbs. You saw the outcome, we had 45 degree cooler inlet temps, picked up 1.2 seconds and 22mph. With the 370 cubes kyle is running, that turbo is almost perfect. Were pretty pleased to have found out what we did this past few days. It was very stressful on all parties. Bottom line is we had a turbo on the car that was not even close to what we thought it would do. The car is absolutely an animal on the streets. Street tires on this thing is going to be absolutely crazy! It was bad on Slicks, had me grabbing for door bar and whatever else I could get my hands on when harlan took me for a ride when we got it sorted out.... I don't know maybe im just a big sally if im not driving.

We can't wait to get this car to kyle now so he can start making you all some cool video's and just plain drive it around and beat on it. His car is very fun, very streetable, and should be a blast for him. Can't wait to see ya when we bring it down kyle, going to be fun.

Stenod

p.s. ON a side note, We have to throw a huge thanks out to everyone that helped us try to diagnose the problems or potential problems with the car... You guys know who you are, there are way too many to thank.

Glad you liked our S88. Hopefully we have some new wheels coming for them as well .

St. Thomas dragway in canada. Not the best track, but we weren't too concerned with ET's, just needed a place to safetly check the tune before we send it back to kyle.

Only reason car wouldn't be going back to him within the next few days if not tomorrow is if he wants the chute put on it.... If i was him, i'd wait and enjoy driving the hell out of the car. Leave it alone and drive it to and from the track, trap 149-150 and go home happy..... driving the car... no trailer.... no truck. Bring the goodies in the car. That would be awsome. Such a sweet car..... DAMN I WISH IT WAS MINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So would you say the 76 in general is too small for a 370?

Yeah, our phones are screwed for some reason, our neighbors phones are the same way, not sure why. The whole area is like this. I've been using my cell phone to make all my calls this morning. Kinda sucks.

Congrats all, great numbers!

Could someone give the specs of the old and new turbos? (size of turbos, a/r housings).... And are they both 4" or 5" inlet turbos?
