F@#King rediculous 1 whole year and no completed kits to date.
Really, how does it feel to screw this many people at one time?
Customers of this "company" I'm pretty sure a decent shop can fab up the rest of the missing parts or you can knuckle down and finish it yourselves. Pretty sad it has to come to this but I think we all understand your frustrations with this company, I'd want out too. What a nightmare.

Bill could you please order me a front left O2 sensor. My license is going to expire in 14 days since I can't get my car to emissions. I need this O2 sensor ASAP.
Also while you are at it, please order the ECU cover that somehow disappeared from my car, and the sticker that covers the fuse box cover you replaced but forgot to get the sticker for.
I'm going to expect a call from you by 5 pm today, you have my number.
This is NO JOKE, there will be serious problems if I lose my license.

Bill when are you getting us another tracking number? Lets hear some communication of some sort!! What is the deal with this so called drop shipment that is supposed to happen?? Why have you not finished the AC lines??? I mean c'mon its been a ****** year. Where are the battery reloc kits? What did you just send out yesterday?? We need to know this ****. Please get on here and do some talkin. Just do it. When is my head unit coming in? I expect it to be sent out the minute it comes in Marko said send it to me WITHOUT PAYMENT. Bill is being all goofy around tracking numbers so it's not clear whether he is always telling the truth. Good luck to him having a career in the performance industry after this UNLESS he gets the kit parts sent out ASAP. I'd be willing to bet this is just an intercooler which will do me no good. I need the downpipe, wastegate, v-band clamps, silicone connectors, filter, and gaskets. I could care less about a damn ebay intercooler since I'm not using it anyways.

At first glance, Bill is taking the heat as the lesser employee while Marko is fed grapes and fanned by exotic woman-slaves with no customers on his butt (According to the many here who find it impossible to reach him... Granting this as true, a fact I personally believe to be true myself). That's not fair...
OR... *chuckles* Maybe they're actually setting up the fall to appear exactly like this with Bill's consent for the SOLE purpose OF appearances, having Bill get bashed everyday, and getting (Bill) some kind of compensation from Marko for "taking the blame." Almost like good cop/bad cop. If this is the case, then the fact remains that the head of the company is once again off the hook, anyway... So far, two scenarios with Marko off the hook.
I hope I have not upset anybody. You guys know I'm rooting for all of you... It just seems to me that the more you bash Bill, the more you all may be falling into the way they want things. I think ALL of your anger should be aimed at the head of this snake. Who's got your money? Bill?
