Anyone here read Car Craft? In the section where they have a 2 page spread of an engine this month they have a F2 Procharged BBC, with good heads and stuff, making like 24 lbs. of boost or something and its only making 610 at the tires on frickin' 110 octane race gas. What am I missing here? Shouldn't that be making well over 1000 RWHP? I wondered if it was a misprint but the tq's kinda low too. Hell Car Craft stuck a Procharger (F1 I think) on a crate BBC and made 750 on pump gas. A head and cam swap brought it to 9xx HP. They were nowhere near that much boost either. Color me unimpressed, maybe I should send them a picture of my motor?
