How do you remove the EVAP system on the F-bodies? Do you just unplug the connector and take the valve off? Does that harm anything?

I don't know about totally removing it. You'd think there would be a strong gas smell without the lines connected.
If you want to relocate it here's a write-up...

What makes you want to get rid of it?

yes ive removed mine along time ago to, no bad gas smell.
only thing im worried about is my venting of the tank (you have to vent the tank or you cant fill up with gas) if i tip over i have the possibilty of spilling fuel. I plan to remeady this with a tip over check valve i got from summit.

Thanks guys. The venting of the gas tank was my main concern.
However, for the moment I was able to use the pass side port on the intake for all my needs. It is a bit of a rats nest of hose, but it worked
