upgraded injectors are in...but...
we (cablebandit w/ me watching) couldn't tune it out either...
no matter what adjustments were made to fuel or timing, the KR would kick in and begin to rise...
we believe that stock fuel pump and ProCharger supplied in-line pump are not keeping up...injector DC was at like 68%
thoughts...opinions...ideas?
p.s. does anyone have any experience(s) w/ TRE Performance? ...looking at their fuel pumps...
...in-cab FP & wide-band gauges are definitely high on the priority list now...

It could be knocking though, 4000rpm really isnt the spot it should be rattling, it has low boost and you wont see max torque until ~5200rpm or so with a D1. Just approach the whole thing with caution - better safe then sorry
Plan on running it alone w/o the ProCharged supplied in-line...
I have had one of them fail already and I just believe that it is contributing to this issue, as well as the stock in-tank one...
last time I checked fp, it was 50#'s @ idle...haven't checked it @ wot on current set-up...what's ironic is that the rpm level I was maxxing old injectors at is about the same level I am now starting to get kr that rises quickly...
Some form of AFR monitoring is vital.
You can rely on the knock sensors, or you can make up a simple set of "det cans" as some call them.
Basically a bit of copper tube, flattened and bolted to the block. Attach a bit of rubber hose, and route this to a pair of ear muffs in the car, for someone to wear.
Its surprising the noises they pick up, but detonation is quite apparent once you know how it sounds. Even mild pinking is quite noticeable.
Your ears are a better filter than relying on knock sensors.

BTW...the upgrade was from stock (24# I believe) to 42/44# shorties...
Thanks guys/gals for any and all help on this...
going to attempt to raise it past the bracket using a heater hose fitting and a piece of hose as a coupler...
that way, I will still benefit from the breather allowing puked oil to drain back into the valve cover...
w/ Walbro in-tank installed and ATI supplied in-line removed...haven't checked it yet...should have @ idle #'s by tomorrow...don't have an in-cab fp gauge yet...will have to wait awhile, now that I bought the wideband...maybe I can run one up to the windshield and tape it on to check @ WOT...
cruising is @ 14.7...
WOT is about 12.5...
jumps to 13 and some change at shift...then back to 12.5...
gonna have Jerry stroke the tune a little this evening...
