I did mine last week and noticed theres a huge gap from the bumper to intercooler. By looking at you guys pics its hard to tell if its just my car or if its normal? How big is the gap on yours?

I pushed mine towards the front as far as possible, and there is some gap. Still looks fine to me though

Mine is mounted as far forward as I can get it and I still have around a 6 inch gap. Is yours about the same?

My setup has a 1.5" bracket on the backside of the intercooler that I bolted to the FRONT of my bumper support. I realize the bumper support is dead weight ...but the intercooler doesn't sit a foot behind where the stock grille would normally be.

My intercooler is actually touching the bumper where I cut the grille shape out. If you look at my sig picture really good, you can see that it is touching in four places(corners of the intercooler basically), leaving about a 3" gap between the intercooler and the very front most point, but that's just caused from the shape of the front bumper cover.

What kind (brand) of intercooler are you all using in your setups? Also what sizes are you guys running? In all the pics they look remotly the same size but some a little different than others...Just wondering before I make my purchase.

The side grills are wired in. Drilled really small holes and used some safety wire. The center is hot glued.

This is exactly how I did it on my eclipse, it too has a similar wide mouth opening. I will be doing a front mount turbo in my camaro this winter but I have a A2W for it and will be hidden.

I got my cooler off of ebay from user "cxracing". They have a website(cxracing.com) where they sell the same coolers as on ebay but on ebay for a little cheaper. The size is 31x12x4
