I think he's been lucky so far that someone hasn't been waiting outside his shop with a baseball bat. That's a pretty effective form of persuasion

I agree. the people that have been not getting their parts/refunds whatever have been way too lenient on him.

defintiely not the way i would have handled things if someone stole my money.
