I know with N2O that youre supposed to take out 2*s per ever 50HP of N2O.

Yep, this is true.

If it were me to get the car running safely I would back the timing down in all cells 2 degrees from stock, then make the timing under boost 10 degrees. From there you can gradually turn the timing up and see where the thresholds are.

i agree...start overly conservative. Gives you the freedom to check everything out...making sure you arent lean...overboosting...smoking...missing etc
