So I am installing my PTK

... I'm out of town for work for another extended period
but the guys at CAM have been driving mine around in my absence. That alternator fiasco just took a round 2 but they seem to have it fixxed up. I spent some time with the car working along with the guys at CAM last Friday and the downpipe in the steering area is likely gonna lead to **** down the road if I don't get it wrapped. I know the coating looks nice but I wish all of my hot parts had been wrapped while it was out of the car.

It fits fine now, it's just REAL close to some melty bits. I fear settling over time as RW99 pointed out will need to be addressed. I didn't know about the track rental, who is paying or are we splitting it up to run? If I'm done by then (which isn't incredibly likely) I'll be there and could video. Maybe I can get a flight back in late thurs or something and hang out for the weekend, we'll see.

Does anyone with a PTK kit have a problem with boiling the PS fluid? I keep boiling the fluid and Ive wrapped all lines and ****. Its a bad feeling driving down the road and you can move the wheel 1/2 turn both directions.

I know Chris (sagres) got his uncoated and had them coated himself. His intercooler is different than mine also. My kit was like the second or third made though, and several after mine (like RW99's) had black on the manifolds instead of the final exhaust pieces which were black on mine.
