The KB kit's been listed for a while, but I haven't hard much except for the one to show the kit off when new. Anyone else running one yet?

Yeah I wasn't particulary looking for my car I was just interested. I saw the promo shiny engine displayed all over the net months ago, think it was running 8.1:1 CR or something. I was just wondering what sort of numbers people where seeing compared to Procharger and Maggie.

And yesh I saw the post about the Maggie for an Fbody. Can't really see the point myself. I'd only go for an Eaton if it was way cheaper and easier than an alternative setup. Even with meth I can't see much potential over 500rwhp with it. Might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure even the LS2 C6's aren't seeing much better than that with the Maggie last time I looked. Lots of toqrue though.

300 the shiny one you saw was an engine that turn key engine supplies built i think ofr a hot rod! they sel the unit to! i think its something like $19,xxxx for a creat motor with all the bits to run. nice package but there is loads more potencial in it.

i think there are a few stock vettte guys running them and seing around 600rwhp.

like i said before, get a decent forged engine and turbon the boost up and these things look to be amazing! American HP (vette forum) was making HUGE torque from 2000rpm. if merory serves me right it was over 700lbsft..........at the wheels!

thanks Chris.

There's one guy on Z06vette.com (OBXfunn) who has a stock Z06 with headers and ls2 tb and is putting out 574hp at 8psi. Torque was 533lbs.

There are a couple more on Corvette Forum who are installing them themselves. The instruction manual is 255 pages long!
