Bob provides a great product for the money...Yeah if you could do anything yourself from surgery to building your house you could save a **** load of money but is that something you really want to attempt?? Not everyone has the equipment, patience, ingenuity...and basically R&D a new product.

Heres some pics of my EPP IC and piping...Thanks Bob!!

I am looking at your 8psi D-1SC kit w/ 60lb injectors, etc. and for the additional $350 its a great deal and hard to not do, but am trying to get an idea of performance gains.
I know the more boost you run the more the frount mount will show its necessity, but I would really love to find out what kinda numbers the frount mount picks up on a car running between 8-12psi.
I had never really thought of supercharging, but after my t-type turbos give me headaches

BTW great kit and I look forward to getting one after the wife gets her house

As for power gains, there isnt really a bolt-on gain. Its more of a potential gain due to it cooling down the intake charge alot better then the ATI sidemounts. From 8-12psi it will help, but the front mount really shines from 12-16psi. When trying to get the best out of a d1sc and your maxing the impeller speed out, it is creating alot of heat due to the massive rpms of the impeller so you have to cool down the intake charge.

You can do this with either meth , inter cooler, or both (best). Ideally, meth is the best solution but its a fuel also, and will run out. If its just a street driven car that you want to drive around on weekends and what not, then the intercooler is perfect, zero up-keep.

It's high but for a bolt-in kit its not bad. Have to pay to play.

The price may seem a little steep, but if you break it down it is rather reasonable.
Prices of the componets are not cheap, the silicone fittings we use are rated for 30+ psi (4 and 5ply). Using T-bolt stainless clamps is nice, but they are expensive. Im sure we can cut the cost a little bit by using rubber hose and worm clamps, but at this point i have not seem a interest in it.

Im sure if there is a interest in a budget kit, then we can put one together for cheaper then the silicone kit.

When we were tuning a customers car, he had the front facia off his gto and sized it up. He said it would fit with a little massaging.

OK...But I'm guessing I'd need new piping for my D1SC too...

Hey Bob....If I went this route, I'd need to re plumb my setup on my 2005 GTO. Do you have any idea what it would take? Wish you guys were closer....

Yes it has, Mike. We now paint the pipes on these kits, no Jet Hot coating at this price. Some of the silicone couplers are $35 to $45 each, and the T Bolt clamps aren't cheap. Bob

I didn't mean at this price I was just asking if you did jet hot coating. Looking good though.
