Some classes are written loosely to keep the car count up. At the 7/8 second level, this guy with the Corvette does not have any advantage over other cars and he's even running a rear mount turbo setup which some folks say don't work as well.

Drag Radial is the class to be in and I don't see the number of cars that are participating dwindling anytime soon.

Caveman is gonna go out again and see if he can lower his et a few tenths despite having banged up headers, lol.

Maybe they should make a separate class for the racers that want stock type/stock placement suspension from factory and really be detailed on the rules and what's allowed for the racers that want to be in that kind of class.

Just saw this car in person tonight. Didn't even know he would be there at the track. It is really amazing to look at in person. And watched it go 7.59 @ 187
