rear mount turbo oiling??

rear mount turbo oiling?? I know that you need some sort of a pump to pump it back to the motor but what type of pump.
Also I hear people talk about a catch can. Does this mean that it fills the can and then pumps it back or does it run all the time?

a catch can is for ur pcv system has nothing to do with catching oil from turbo but does catches minor coming out of the pcv system
