Cam with STS question

My car has a comp cam 220/224 .563 lift on a 114 in it right now and I just installed a STS kit. I have a ls6 cam sitting in my garage. My question is should I change out to the ls6 cam or would it be better with the comp cam? Any advice would be appreciated. The car will be tuned within the next two weeks at Thunder racing so I have a little time to decide.
