As crazy as this sounds by hearing the video sounds like the dam tensioner is messed up. I had a car that sounded exactly like that. Came on the tow truck and I was like WTF! Check your tensioner. Good luck !

Lol, a day late and a dollar short.
Im giving my buddy the memory card from my camera tonight and he will put the vid together, so soon as its up I'll post it up here...
From what he told me (my friend cj in the viper) I put a "conservative" 14 cars on him, lol.
