A 1k would have held up much better, especially from a roll.

How much HP is he running @ 7psi?
I know the car is capable of running 1200rwhp on pump gas as per Kevin the owner of UGR. The 7.98 run was made at 30psi.

That's the kind of mind blowing violent acceleration I'm talking about.

Damn that's probably the best street car I've seen.

That's what I thought too. Then I thought, wait, it clicks off a 7.98 ET...

It can't be the greatest car of all time... or can it?

That is absolutely ridiculous... OMG!!

BTW... I don't see how ANY arguements are being made against a car that traps 183. No bike is coming close to that without serious mods. A 183 trap is absolutely redunculous. If it was a 1k, ZX14, Hayabusa turbo... doesn't matter. None of those bikes are trapping 183! Don't Busa Turbos trap in the low 160s (typically)

Actually I saw a guy lift here in Baytown before the end and went a 8.1 @ 150 or some ****. His dial in was a 7.9. Its a Candy Orange Busa. I was on the big end waiting for my buddy to make his pass so I could tow him back. I heard the blow off and the guy just let it idle down. Fastest street style bike I've seen on the track.

For ***** sake, nobody was arguing. I never said a Zuk 1K would beat the car! (I ride one). Besides that, the car is running 7 PSI on the street. I asked approx. how much that was. A 1K WOULDN'T be left in the dust like that.

I said the bike in the video, is a '03 gixxer 600. Read the damn posts...

I'll build a turbo viper one day. I've always loved the cars and this is just making me fall more in love.

The Vette guys must be like crying right now still. Takes a backhalfed nonstock suspension car with a Powerglide to even come close to a 6-spd car with IRS. LOL Just stirring the pot a little.

Regardless though the Turbo Vipers/LS1s are rocking it right now.

7.9's shifting anything is quite an accomplishment, no pot stirring needed. I'm thinking there are quite a few 8 second Vipers actually.
