P1SC build with stock exhaust
Goals: 480-500rwhp on a stock block.
Catch: CA CARB approved. Tuned on 91 octane.
I know alot will suggest a STS GT-67 @ 8lbs with a FMIC and be done with it. But I would really prefer to go blower. So what would I need to to do inorder to reach my goals with a P1SC? Being CA CARB approved means no LT's, and stock exhaust until the catback. The car will need to tuned on 91 octane. 480-500rwhp.... can it be done?

Yes it can be done. I would go with the P-1SC and a Lingenfelter GT2-3 or comparable camshaft. This cam sounds like a stock one, but it really helps to bring up the power level. This combination will get you what you are looking for. Bob

To keep things safe I would want to use stock 6L heads (with 918's) and spin the P1-SC enough make NO more than 8lb's. As long as I use the GT2-3 cam I should be at 480+rwhp on stock the exhaust with a good safe tune?
Thanks. Scott.
