Who posted incorrect info?? Turbonetics specifically told me that my compressor is a 62-1 wheel....

I posted here in the other post that yes it is a 76mm turbo from what the guys at Tnetics told me, so calm it down a notch.

I am asking, then which one is it? Is it a 62-1 like they said, or is it a 76mm like they also said? A 62-1 and a 76 wheel are 2 different wheels. One is a 62mm inducer the other is 76mm. My point is I'm questioning their tech. dept, not yourself

Doc, Cool Cool, understood....the winter blues are killing me as well as getting this house deally over and done with. I just want to be able to tear into the car right now and prep it for race season. Cabin fever at its finest LOL.

RealQuick, i'd love to get any work done to the car at this point but we are in the process of moving/packing, buying furniture, TV's and tons of other crap. We get the keys to the new house tomorrow I haven't turned a wrench on the car in about a month and only driven it once as well

I don't doubt that it is a 76mm since both places said it was...whacky turbo stuff LOL.

T-netics tech sound like idiots... you dont say "it has a 62-1 compressor" then say that "its a T76"... doesnt make sense.

I just gave orders for my turbo guru to open the compressor cover and spec the wheel.

Um it has a 76mm Major(exducer) diameter so yes the wheel could be called a 76mm wheel. But the inducer of a 62-1 wheel is as you stated. The specs you just listed 76mm inducer and 102mm exducer is for a T76 which Turbonetics never stated it was.
