You know I have that set up on the balck car, but i haven't tuned **** on it I just barely got the motor back so I havent put it back together yet. Once I do I am going to get a little help and do it myself I already bought the software for the car etc.. It was running a HPT 3 Bar setup using a GM 3bar. Ran pretty goo had some quirkey issues I think it was because of the tuner though. You will do fine with it Tom! You have been very helpful with your knowledge I feel this will be no different for you.

I just caught a glimpse of this cause I think it's about time I did this. Do you guys know where i can get a map sensor extention harness that will plug into the factory plug and extend to older style GM 3 bar? Also what is the preferred GM 3 bar map-sorry but the search is giving me fits!!!

I dug into map sensors and called the Delphi engineering department because of all the conflicting info I was getting. Surprising info is most 3bar maps used by MSD, FAST, etc are Delphi 12223861 since it has the best low end resolution. They just put their part number on it.
Some Delphi Map sensor tech:
Stock 1 bar
kPa +-%Error
15 2.4
40 1.5
94 1.5
102 1.7
Delphi 2bar
kPa +-%Error
20 4.2
40 2.4
160 2.4
200 3.2
Delphi 3bar (12223861)
kPa +-%Error
40 8.0
71 4.7
240 4.7
301 8.0
Delphi 3.3bar 09373269 and 12215049
kPa +-%Error
50 9.0
70 6.0
270 6.0
333 9.0

I was going to go with the RC 75lb's but I've heard from several people that they have issues of there own, problems with hot starts , sitting unused over the winter etc.
I think as time goes on and we keep making sick "streetable" power out of these motors we'll be able to dial in these 96lb injectors like stock ones.

I run the 75 RC's as well. They work fine, but are a bit quirkey. I recommend the 60# mototrons to everybody instead.
FYI:
A 60# injector at 44psi of fuel pressure flows the same as a 60# injector at 64psi of fuel pressure spraying into a manifold at 20 psi.
How much an injector flows is pertinant on the pressure difference across the injector, not just the fuel rail pressure.

Your exactly right on that fuel flow issue Kevin-I learned that when I thought 96's at 44 psi no boost reference will be enough.
