Yeah their is a prototype already out....but not sure how its coming performance wise. I know they are about to change compressor covers again to try another one.

You are in the process of making a S91 and a S95? How much do each one support in a twin application?

They S95 is already built and available and its a full thumper size unit. The S91 will be based on the S88 chassis....which is a mid-frame. In a twin setup S91's I would imagine be good for close to 3000+hp and the S95's WAY beyond that.

Dr T, What effect does the different amount of blades on the compressor wheels have? Seems like I heard the 6 bladed GT47 is a little more efficient than the 7 bladed Y2K, but the Y2K has a little better responce than the GT47, is this correct? But what effect does the 8 bladed S95 have verses the 6 or 7 blades?

More blades equal quicker response, but some loss in efficiency, but its also countered by the trim, which the S95 has a very large trim, and also the tip height is alot more. They built a wheel to basically cover all areas of performance. Very nice indeed.

Very $$$$. I know we have some billet and Titanium prototype wheels here for some of the turbos and they range from 500-1800 just for the compressor wheel

Dr T, that S95 is a wicked looking wheel! I can definately see the difference in tip height. Can you post any pics of the S95 turbine and turbine housing? and a comparison between say a GT47 or Gt55?

Hmm I'll see if I can get a picture or not. I don't have a GT55 that has a turbine in it right now. The only ones we have are trashed and are here for rebuilds. The turbines haven't come in yet, but when they do I may can get a shot.

Dang don't see why they haven't sold yet....thats a good price considering they now go for close to 4K retail. Have you placed them in the classified on this site, turbomustangs and outlawracing.com?

No, havent really tryed real hard to sell them yet, I thought a friend of mine was going to buy them, but I havent heard from him. When I was talking to Jose the other day he said he might have someone interested in them. I was just waiting till I heard something back from him.

Heres a pic of what I plan on feeding with two of those S95's

Its a 509ci motor right now, big bore - short stroke. with RFE 12 degree heads, I want to enlarge it to 600+ next year and switch over to alcohol. The intake is setup for 16 injectors and I can swap the throttle from the rear to the front for use without intercooler.

Also I just talked to my friend that was going to buy my Y2K's, and he found out the class he wants run, can only use a single 88mm. I told him he needs a S88 as if everyone else runs GT47's and Y2K's he should blow them away. He's got a 427ci SB2.2 motor.
