how much more does that 80mm compressor upgrade for the 76gts give you?

According to the website, it's worth an extra 100 hp capability. However, it really depends on where you are on the compressor map as to how much it actually helps you.

Does the pt88 fit on a t4 flange and whats the a/r?

T4 it is, but its a 4" downpipe and uses a .96A/R. Also the exhaust housing is quite a bit larger and the length is about 2" longer.

so I guess that one is out of the question since I only have the 3" DP to work with right now

i like my pt88, and i was only 364ci and a manual trans at that... lag not a problem for me.

the mouth of the exhaust on this turbo is 4 as i have pictured here, but the turbine wheel size is less.. and i have been running with good results on a 3.5" dp.
