I'd say he meant that it will have some backpressure issues and the compressor will be pushed out of its efficiency range and just super heat the intake charge before it ever gets to any real boost levels.

I would say that a T76 is about the smallest turbo suited to a 370ci engine. 370/T76 combo's have proven time and time agian to make good numbers, and those number jump up considerably when bigger turbos are used.

I am starting out with a TC76MPS. Its a T4 flanged turbo. Nice compact unit. I want to see what it will do on a larger than stock cube engine. Then I will move onto a PT88 or maybe the 91.5mm thats been sitting in storage for way to long.
