A LOT Most will depend on the size of the turbo and just how good the tuner is. IMO other factors: intercooler set-up; intake set-up; etc. We've done 18-19lbs and pulled close to 1K rwhp - could never get the car to stay on the dyno without having the tires go up in smoke. On the twin T-67's, I have been told I could easily do 22-24lbs with my set-up (which is similar to your's minus the dry sump).

30+, and no I'm not kidding

You may not make it that high with those gaskets and heads though. I had good luck with an MLS gaskets, but we've also had good luck with copper/o-rings.

Spraying that setup is asking for issues IMO. With the right converter/tune you won't need to worry about spooling that turbo.

Agreed. Spraying is for people running GT55-91's on 3.4L Supras with a 6-speed. With a 408 and a 96mm turbo you can get that going on the converter no problems.

I think the limiting factor would be the injectors on a stock PCM unless you are running a standalone.

Boost is only limited by the size of your stones. Do you clank when you walk?

The weakest point is the heads...standard deck height...4 bolts per cyl....Id say a sustained 20-24 lbs shouldnt be an issue...but you will start to push water.

I have seen the Buick Grand Nationals run 21-24 PSI all the time. Heads were o-ringed; studs; but 21-24 should not be an issue if the entire system is build for it.
