max boost on 408 I have 408 iron block with 8.5 CR and comtec head gasket ,ARP studs ,stage 3 patriot heads ,dry sump ,custom turbo camshaft .
I will use c16 racing fuel.
what is max boost I can go with ?
this engine is on a race car only.
BTW I am using thumber 96 turbo

A LOT 
Most will depend on the size of the turbo and just how good the tuner is. IMO other factors: intercooler set-up; intake set-up; etc. We've done 18-19lbs and pulled close to 1K rwhp - could never get the car to stay on the dyno without having the tires go up in smoke. On the twin T-67's, I have been told I could easily do 22-24lbs with my set-up (which is similar to your's minus the dry sump).

You may not make it that high with those gaskets and heads though. I had good luck with an MLS gaskets, but we've also had good luck with copper/o-rings.
