Who has gone the fastest with a non "MID" aluminum block?

Default Who has gone the fastest with a non "MID" aluminum block?

I've been out of it for a while.... anybody gone sevens with an LS1 or LS2 block? (non sleeved)

Harlan (Y2KHAWK) on a LS6 block with a stock crank went 8.2X.

I'm pretty sure none of the three you're talking about have LS1/2 blocks
Two are iron and one's Darton, but I could be wrong

Im sure there are some more in the 8s but the only one I know of off the top of my head is Harlans 346 with stock crank went 8.2s at 170 top mph

mike brown took his ls2 block with stock crank to about 8.5's i think, then took a resleved ls1 to about 8.4's

I've went 8.52 at 170mph at 3,700lbs with a stock LS2 block and stock LS1 crank.
