What do you think of my new combo?
Okay I am going with a new combo I am installing a 408 TSP shortblock with 10cc dished diamond pistons hellfire rings, clevite bearings, scat hbeam rods with arp 2000 bolts, eagle crank, and iron block. I am gunna reuse my cam should be fine for FI but will be a bit more mild with the bigger engine I am also installing a ported Ls6 oil pump, double roller timing chain, cometic MLS head gaskets, ARP head studs, and LS6 intake. I was gunna reuse my patriot heads but after calcing new CR with the 59ccs and such came up with 11.8 to 1 then decided not to go that route and got some AFR 225 heads 72cc heads and they'll give me a more boost friendly 9.6 to 1. I made 633 rwhp and 532 rwtq with the old 346 with 10.8 to 1 so i figure i will put a 3.7 pulley on the D1SC and should have a nice forged setup that can take the power. What do you guys think of the combo and what is a realistic rwhp I should see out of it with 12psi??? I was running 9 with the old combo.

I dont know but it should def be alot closer to 700rwhp. And honestly, I would go with another cam even though the stock one is ok, but since youre going through all that labor, you might as well upgrade that as well. Either way, you'll def have a street beast on your hands!

I was thinkin bout that but the new engine will be pretty good with the 224 224 581 581 114 camshaft its a decent cam and a really good blower cam in my opinion. If I dont get the numbers i want i will get a different one.
