6 pounds of boost will get you over 400 rwhp (probably around 425 rwhp or so). 8 psi is probably gonna put you in the neighborhood of 500 rwhp. With a good tune and 93-94 octane you can run 8 psi but if you want to play it safe either got with some meth injection or keep the boost at 6 psi.

you dont want headers if you're doing a rearmount turbo...

and yea, you can push 8lbs into a stock LS1 without extreme risk. most stock motor kits push between 8 to 10psi in there....

Yea people seem to be having the best results using wrapped stock/shorties/ls6 (c5 z06) manifolds. Meth is a good option if your going to be pushing 8+ psi. Not a complete necessity but if your not going to run a front mount intercooler then meth would serve you well IMO.

FMIC will get you upto 8psi safely. Guys running meth have run 10psi safely with a conservative tune.

Make sure you have the fueling components up to par and get a good tune...you'll be fine.

I just got a T-70 rear mount with a FMIC myself and from what I was told, it should be fine as long as it gets plenty of fuel. The meth. kit is insurance and I would definately loose the LT and go back to stock manifolds. If you wrap the exhaust all the way back to the turbo you will get faster spool.

Well i can tell you that 633 is not safe on a stock block I am using the D1SC and it was only making 9psi on the largest pulley I could use and it was using a very safe tune but the stock inards just couldnt take it.

i run 5.5psi because i have a leak in my header, but its a "good leak" if i didnt have it, my bottom end would go boom. if i ran the full 7.5psi, i would be in the neighboorhood of 540+rwhp and i dont think thats safe for a stock bottom end, so i kept it at where she is now. i wouldnt really worry about the # of psi, just worry about the hp she makes. its only a #, i only make 5.5psi and i make just over 500rwhp.

GET THE FMIC, COMPLETELY WORTH IT IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE, AND IT LOOKS

good luck
