What am I looking at...
The engine's out to the shop real soon. If I'm looking to get the rebuild done to handle higher boost (let's say 13-15#) w/ the STS setup. What am I going to be needing next? I only have 42# injectors and a single 255lph walbro fuel pump currently. Is there more I'm going to need on the fuel side, what about spark, oil consumption... Can I get some help here. Thanks.

Well you're definitely going to need at the very least 60lbers... I would throw another pump in the tank with a Hobb's switch or a KB BAP... You may think about meth that comes on around 7-9psi due to reliability... The stock spark is pretty good and if you want you can go with truck coils... Oh yeah, change out your plugs to at least TR6 (or something comperable) and if you're in real hot weather during the summer you may want to go even one stage colder... There shouldn't be too much oil consumption but just make sure to set up your PCV system correctly, get good rings and valve seals, and change your oil every 2500-3000miles religiously... As far as Oil filter itself, I like the K&N due to it's ease of changing (it's got a one inch nut on the end of it) and it's always kept my oil really clean... The best advice that I can give is to learn what is normal and know when it's not...It can honestly cost you an engine/turbo system...Good luck and have fun boosting.. =)
Check out the fuel system that we added to this Camaro SS that we had installed an STS Turbo on. Bob

most def more fuel. like the guy above said add the extra pump and BAP. get 60's and im not sure what size turbo you have but the 67 will only go to 650ish, so a 76mm maybe
and then hold on to the wheel and boost off

Definetly fuel, as stated before. The stock system will be fighting hard to pump in the amount of gas needed at 13PSI+. I'd personally recommend converting to a return system w/ a boost referenced regulator. SpeedInc has a kit + there's another one....do a search in the fuel section. You can also make your own (I did that), but it still costs $$. Mine was about $700. Add in 60# injectors, dual pumps (355's should do the trick), and some high flow rails.
If you don't already have one, a FMIC is MANDATORY at those boost levels. the STS kit can't handle cooling 5PSI worth a $hit (I have the IAT logs to prove that!) At 13PSI they would be off the chart.
Hope this helps.

Get 60lb inj., a hotwire kit at least, ignition is fine, just put new plugs in gapped at .030, and do a catch can.
Thanks for all your help. The engine is being built as I type this. Once I return stateside, I'm going to take it to the shop for the drop n' swap. I'm excited.

(If you want power and safety, then let's just put an Alkycontrol kit
in there and call it done. The 60# are ok on drivability, but the
alky will mean you won't need them, and it's an intercooler too, so
everything will stay cooler and safer as well.)
Thanks again.

The 60s will drive just fine and are easy to tune. My only concern with depending on the meth is running out or something going wrong. I know they are reliable, but I dont want to depend on it on a driver. Sell the 42s, get the 60's and do the alky if you want. Overkill is good.
Thanks guys.
Safety has to be paramount, well, safety and not worrying about this car breaking down every day. So let's go w/ what shouldn't fail.
