plus, it maybe expensive..... but if you go turbo, no one hears it until you give it a little bit of gas and people hear the whislte. its amazing to hear that all the time...... i love it and wouldnt trade it for anything. blowers have their own significant whine so...... i wont go there. just my .02

actually Rover over here in the UK offered one of their cars (used a ford plant) with a supercharger and a N2O option!

it was a sales flop though (old people dont like Sc's or n2O lol).

they are no longer in production. they where custom full carbon fiber bodied cars. think the bog standard car cost something like £90K and that gave you about 300bhp from the ford mod. engine. there was simply no market over here, and there would have been none anwhere else!

the kits where all done aftermarket. and i think they where done at the factory.
