When you say stock block, you mean from a Stang perspective no 'R' blocks? Most serious Stang guys split the stock blocks at like 600rwhp right? So no GM LSx iron block when it comes out? I think you language sounds a bit vague.
stock block 351's can lay down 800 - 850 wrhp, that puts us in the same ball park a an lsx block. 302's thats another story. no r-blocks, no nicky chevy blocks, mass produced blocks only from factory.
