There's a massive belt behind the compressor and no exhaust housing. So, no, it's not a turbo.

who told you that? the build is on MADMAN's web page, and im pretty sure they know the difference between a procharger and a turbocharger

I read somewhere this car went 5.0x in the 1/8th at 148mph on a 1.30 60'......shake down pass. Prop's to MadMan for making that "THING" get down the track on some DR's!!!
