Spot for Oil return into Oil pan

I've thought one of the two spots (either the upper or the lower) on the timing cover would also be a good idea (just have to use a 90° elbow so it won't interfere with the Belt)

Carl, thanks for the pic!
I've thought that I tap into the the timing cover so that would spare me the hassle to remove the oil pan, 'cause I heard that it's kinda tricky to align the oil pan properly during installation, but since I want to replace the oil pump with a high volume pump I have to remove the pan anyways....

dave: that looks very nice but you're not running any accessories so you don't have to worry about any belt, I'm goin' to put a cog belt behind the accessory belt to drive the Supercharger so it's gonna be even more tight then it usually is...

on my setup, i have a lq4 and the truck it came in had an oil cooler with feed and return lines on it. im trying to use them, never seen it done before, but i think it will work. anyone else have any input on this???

the drain aint supposed to have any pressure on it....
Just curious, what pulley is that? It looks smaller than a stock pulley and probably gives you a little more room.

Front of oil pan I put mine right on the front of my ugly CTS-C oil pan. Wow it needs polished. We welded some aluminum discs on so our pipe threads would have a little more meat to thread into. I think it's a 3/4" NPT with a 1/2" inside diameter. I wanted to go into the front cover but the crank pulley would not allow me to get a good drain angle.
