You use the stock overflow. The expansion tank has a nipple on it to connect to the overflow. The car on the dyno didnt get above 205 deg when making pulls. Stayed constent around 190 to 198.

Welds look awesome dude. And don't sweat the crystaling. It's a pita to prevent on pipe. Just make sure it's well back-gassed and it will be fine. Looks like you spend a great deal of attention on making sure all the cuts butted up well. That is key to welding any kind of pipe and making it look nice. Congrats on a nice looking kit!
