Joel, are you thinking of designing a radiator shroud at all to clean that up a bit? Would be sweet!

insanegto: stick to pm's will ya...
I have the radiator shroud from bmr. Joel is going to cut it to make it fit. Its the chrome one btw.
The radiator is one of joel's, I did have a SLP in it.

You got the standard BMR radiator cover and are trimming it? I think i'd like to do the same. I have some fiberglass boots for the plug wires if needed as well for mine. Where does the overflow tank go or does it use the stocker for Joels radiator?

You use the stock overflow. The expansion tank has a nipple on it to connect to the overflow. The car on the dyno didnt get above 205 deg when making pulls. Stayed constent around 190 to 198.

Welds look awesome dude. And don't sweat the crystaling. It's a pita to prevent on pipe. Just make sure it's well back-gassed and it will be fine. Looks like you spend a great deal of attention on making sure all the cuts butted up well. That is key to welding any kind of pipe and making it look nice. Congrats on a nice looking kit!

The only problem with that is that the condensor can become very inefficient because of all the hot air being pulled though it.

The fans are spal pushers. So the air is getting pushed threw the condensor.

i think he is saying that its the hot air from the radiator being pushed thru it and might affect efficiencey with the a/c. Its in the 80s this weekend in Ga so that will be something I will monitor for sure
