Well I haven't opened it up much yet as I don't think there will be a need if so I have something simular to what Country Boy has done.

inspector: Have you ran the car yet? I know probably not however, i really dont want to cut up the grill or just leave it completely open, dont like the looks. I just wanted to know what the IAT's would be.

yah i cut it myself, the got touch up paint and painted the edges then put 2 layers of clear gloss over it that comes in a spray can. Looks awesome...cant tell that I cut it
What i used was a Sawzaw with a Metal cutting blade (the finer the blade, the smoother the cut)

Cut the grill with a Dremel tool using a standard cutting wheel. Took about 2 1/2 hours. Inner frame support was cut with a Sawzall. I also painted the entire inside of the front bumper flat black.
