dumb question - pt76 turbine v-band flange, what size?

dumb question - pt76 turbine v-band flange, what size? Sorry for the dumb question guys and I did search, but I don't think it's working right now...
I've been told that the turbine outlet flange on a pt76 with .96 a/r housing is either a 3 1/2" or 3 5/8" V-band flange. To me it looks more like 3 5/8" which I have no idea where to purchase from.
Can someone set me straight on the correct size and where to pick up the flange and clamp setup that I need?
