He said that the diaphragm was replaceable, but for $9 my price...I may just replace the valve...it is just screwed onto the butterfly assembly. First I'm going to take the whole assembly off and clean and lube it really well and see if that solves the occassional sticking. If it continues, I will just change out the VCV. I probably should replace the little Summit filter I have on it with the K&N like you use or similar.

I have the big Red Procharger Race by-pass and i'm already sick of it after only 1 day of driving the car. My car sounds like a giant snake driving down the road. I have a Mondo sitting here so I may have to swap over to it, Kp-what filter are using on the Mondo?

cleaned up the "old-style" ProFlow bypass valve w/ carb cleaner...sprayed down the moving parts w/ SeaFoam Deep Creep for lubrication...re-installed w/ new K & N filter...so far, so good...
if the valve does stick again, I have a new Borg-Warner replacement valve waiting...I will just have to modify the "actuator arm" to match the modification that ProCharger does to make it operate the butterfly...
andereck...what is the procedure for checking the setting of the adjustment screw on the valve? Do you run it all the way in or out and then so many turns back or what?
