Really just depends.
Several years ago I sitched from a Dyers prepared 6-71 small lobe to a Littlefield 6-71 hi-helix and at the same overdrive on the same 383 SBC engine went from 18lbs MAX to 27lbs with room to grow and had to add a whole bunch more fuel (alcohol) to make it happy.
Like anything else. A 'street' 6-71 (Wieand) compared to the latest, greatest Kobelco 'Superman' Retro Hi-Helix 6-71's used lon the Nostalgia fuelers would be worth an easy 300 HP difference on a all out engine, probably much more.
One could make 16lbs @ 30% overdrive and the other could make 35lbs @ 30% overdrive on a 350 Chev with a whole lot cooler air charge!
Of course you are talking about 1900.00 compred to 5500.00.
