ideas please, Kp, and other FI gods
Okay current setup is a brand new F1A from procharger stock J bracket with new idler I have a ATI dampner with the 8 rib setup stock pulley size I think it is 7.65 new gates belt tightened extremely tight. New ATI 8 rib 4.00 pulley and when I floor it I am making almost instant 7-8 pounds climbs fast too 11.5 to 12 then just goes down too 10.5 to redline and will not climb higher. This is through a front mount identical to EPPs, mandrel stainless steel piping and new T-bolt clamps and silicone couplers. I have a Tial bypass which was modded to be open a idle and close under boost, saw over 14psi with the D1SC. I have the AFR heads but found out that they only have the stock springs not the upgraded ones and the stock springs only have 110 closed pressure was told this is not good. Heads and engine and all only have just over 4000 miles on em and only 6-8 passes on the whole thing. Cant figure out why Im not seein the boost I should be with the new blower please help guide me on my next step haha thanks guys.

What air filter are you using? The one that comes from ATI ProCharger is too small once you're pushing past 10 to 12 psi of boost. The stock filter will eventually try to turn itself inside out...
I have found this one to pick up several psi of boost, http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...html?item=1086
and it enables the blower to put less drag on the belt, eliminating slippage problems for a lot of our installs in the 14 to 16 psi range. Bob

Thanks guys for the comments and thanks bob I acually have upgraded too a 9in K&N has a steel mesh inside to keep it from collapsing, seems to be working great. I may get the one you guys offer just incase it may be better than the one I have haha.
On a side note I want to say thanks to both Bob and Ati procharger for some killer service and work. Bob and the gang at EPP went out of their way when Ati made a small mistake but without even a hickup Bob had them on the phone and they had it corrected the very next day. Ati went out of their way and got everything taken care of for me and provided me a killer blower!! Top notch service from both companies and I will continue to use and recommend both companies as they are always there to help and provide a great product and price!!!!
