I am getting extremely frustrated with what's going on with my car now. It's all bolted together, and I'm trying to get the tune figured out so I can even start it and move it around a little. I've spent too much money on it to cut and run now, I'm stuck. Last night, my 02 sensors were not averaging out well, one at .4 and the other at .8, the short term fuel trims wouldn't stay stable, they were bouncing all over the place, I could smell raw fuel, but couldn't find a leak or any puddles, had high 30's for misfire counts on all cylinders, and it wouldn't idle on its own. The tune I got from Ed was going to be very rich under boost, but I can't even get it to idle yet. It looks good sitting there, but if I can't drive it, it's uselesss to me. All of this and I leave for Iraq in 2 weeks.

Tow it to a quality speed shop for diagnostics and a dyno tune, thats what i'd do. A good speed shop should be able to get you up and running!

Wow, that sucks...all that money and work and still not running, and you gotta leave soon to serve the country, I feel bad for ya man!
Is BadMonkeys car running ok, and if so, what's the hold up with the tune? I was thinking about doing this too, but now, I am thinking I just might stay NA.

My car is running but it needs more yno time. Our biggest issue with my car is taht it has not had the full amount of attention of the dyno to help the tune. I am fixing some issues right now that I need addressed, then it will be headed for the dyno again later this month. We are all like right there on teh line of being done. Its little **** that is killing us both right now.

I got it started tonight!!!! It ran at idle on its own after a friend (Jonota from PHFBA) helped me to check the injector flow rate and get it corrected. A simple oversight, but very influential on the tune. Got to check the AFR, and my alternator connections now, I was only seeing about 10 volts steady.
We got it to temp and no leaks, some stumbling and ruff idle probably due to some fouled plugs, but it ran nice. I will check the AFR, and change the plugs then run it again and try to post some vids. Need some seat time to log and adjust before I get to have some fun.

here are the latest pics.
I'm going to try to clean up the fenderwells and engine bay area a little more later, right now I gotta finish the tune!!!!!!! Then I gotta fix the A/C, broke a line and have to vacuum and re-charge the system, replace the idler and tensioner pulleys along with the belt. I MIGHT get to take it for a spin before I have to leave.

I had to replace the alternator wire harness (broke a wire while working on the project) and replace the battery today. The I found out that the battery was only 6-7 months old, so now I need to go back to my local CSK and see if I can get a new one with the previous owners warranty info, and get my money back.
